2. be related to or be a victim of Veitnam war (Australia felt guilty)

3. be a East Timorese during the time Australia entered with troops NOT during the time Australia turned these refugees away when Indonesia annexed the area. (after all the gov likes to think about all that money they got from the Timor Gap)

4. be a european millionare on one of ur many journies in a boat or a not air balloon

5.or be related to a very rich man
