“The LORD is king! Let the earth rejoice! Let the farthest islands be glad.” (Psalm 97:1)
Greetings in the wonderful name of Jesus!
—————- PLEASE PRAY FOR THE SOLOMON ISLANDS Cyclone Zoe is one of the most severe cyclones on record in the South Pacific. Over new year, it devastated some of the southern islands of the Solomon Island group. For instance, the small island of Tikopia has a population of 1300, but after two days of 350 km (220 mph) winds and 11 meter (36 foot) waves, a small plane yesterday could only count 100 survivors. (Like many of these small islands, there is no airstrip for planes to land.)

Please pray for the people of the Solomon Islands. Pacific Partners has many supporters there, and we have just been granted an FM licence for nationwide Christian radio. I’ll make more information available on our web site after our summer vacation.)
