You Can Make a Difference!

Homeless young people face a bleak and lonely time as they search for the basic needs of life.

Youth For Christ has a mandate to give every young person in Melbourne and Australia the opportunity to become followers of Jesus Christ. We believe that one way this can be achieved is through the provision of personal support, in the form of teenage foster care.

There are young people waiting even now for a place to live, but unfortunately we don’t have enough caregivers.

Youth For Christ needs the support of the local church community. If you have a desire to help change the lives of young people in your community we would love to talk to you about partnering us in our mission. A caregiver can be a single male or female, families with or without children, older people or younger adults. All that we ask is that you are currently a Christian involved in your local church. A caregiver receives training, support, financial reimbursement and the opportunity to transform the life of young people. We would appreciate you prayerfully considering your involvement.
