Someone asked: are you a universalist?

My response (May 2004):

I wouldn’t call myself a universalist, because I think the Scriptures are not *absolutely* as clear on this matter as are the declared universalists.

However: I believe God’s creatures are too precious to be consigned to hell forever; God’s grace can’t be thwarted; it’s not in God’s nature to allow any creature to be tortured (even tormented) for ever for one wrong decision made in this life…
