It’s a project specifically designed to help churches to deal with conflicts that arise over homosexuality, but can be adapted to just about any conflict. It’s the first resource I’ve found that doesn’t take a specific side (or the middle) in dealing with the issue, which to my mind makes it the most helpful.

Emotive language fired from either side is extremely unhelpful. Sites like this attempt to bring people together to discover what they have in common, even if that means differing in other matters.
