If it is true that Jesus mostly spoke in Aramaic and Hebrew, then it is almost certain that he used the feminine pronoun in reference to the Spirit most of the time, but that has been lost in translation into Greek, and further lost in the next layer of translation from Greek into English.
I have no objection to using the masculine pronoun in reference to the Spirit. It is no less correct and no less potentially misleading than the other two options. However, as people of the book, we must surely recognise that, of the three options, the masculine has by far the fewest biblical precedents.
