The following material might also be useful to you: Making Disciples by William Willimon. It is available as a mentoring pack, from MediaCom in South Australia http://www.mediacom.org.au.

It is designed as a confirmation program, but can be adapted. A mentor is required for each person doing the program, someone who meets with them weekly (or whatever frequency suits) and shares the journey as well, not just giving “The Answers”.. I am hopefully about to use this with some teens at our church, but I realise it is not age-limited in its capacity.

The kit contains a Co-ordinators Guide, Mentors Guide, Confirmand’s Journal and a Mentor Support Video.

I think there is great value in matching people with someone willing to walk with them in their exploration. Our faith is relational, not just informational.
