This is a story I hadn’t read about before: a demographic prediction that Russia is moving towards a Muslim majority in the coming decades. It sounds like France and Russia are both now in the race to become Muslim-majority nuclear powers.

Contributing factors include: a strong birthrate advantage for Russian Muslim community, a committed, sophisticated and well-funded campaign of dawa converting many Russians to Islam, and loss of a sense of cultural and spiritual identity among post-Christian Russians.

What a prize for Islam the conversion of Russia would/will be.
