Submitted by a thoughtful pastor:
1. ensure that at least 10% of the church budget goes to the poor
2. ensure that at least 10% of the church budget goes to local mission initiatives
3. ensure that staff do not work more then 50 hours pw
4. ensure that all committees are disbanded
5. ensure that all services have equal gender representation
6. ensure that the deacons/ governing board is equally spread across age, race and gender
7. ensure that there are lots of meals around tables
8. ensure that all staff contracts have fixed dates for renewal/termination
9. ensure that staff are paid at market rates (you get what you pay for)
10. ensure that 50% of church meetings are spent in listening and prayer
