Before pressing Israel to “give back” the West Bank, how about the following “give backs”?

China gives back Tibet, the Uigher province and part of Mongolia — all
taken by force.

Russia returns Siberia to the Mongolians.

Uzbekistan gives back the Samarkand area, stolen from Tajikstan and still
with a majority Tajik population who speak Tajik.
The US gives back Texas, New Mexico and Arizona, taken by force from Mexico.

The titles to California and Florida, as well as the old sections of New
Orleans, show original ownership by force by Spain, and should be cleared
and returned to the Native Americans who originally settled there..
France grants independence to Corsica and Italy grants independence to
Sicily, both islands taken by force.

The US gives Guam and Puerto Rico independence. These islands were taken
from Spain, which took them by force.

England gives independence to the Falkland Islands, taken by force.

The Hashemite (Bedouin) monarchy, which rules Jordan by force, cedes all of
the land east of the Jordan River, which was taken from the Palestinians
when the League of Nations granted Britain the “mandate”.
Japan gives back Okinawa and the Ryukyu Chain of islands, taken by force
from native Okinawans.

Japan gives back the land taken by force from the Ainus, the indigenous
people of the Japanese islands.

Gaza is reclaimed by Egypt, who declined to accept in 1948 but has ownership
dating to Biblical times.

Iceland gives back any claims to Greenland.

All countries renounce claims any territory in Antarctica.

Every “aggressor” in the list above must stop all construction in their
occupied territories until the new borders are established..

Now, when we have our global house in order, we can look at the
Palestinians’ claims.
