PS. Gary Bouma was my last ‘academic professor’. In the late 1980s I was pursuing a PhD in Sociology of Religion at Monash University on Ex-pastors, and after a couple of interesting years, decided to ‘demit’ (I was involved in pursuing too much trivia for my chapter 1). Rowland.
