Major conclusion……”most stereotypes would have us believe that female leaders excel in ‘nurturing’ competencies…..in fact at every level more women were rated by their peers,their bosses & their associates as better overall leaders than their male counterparts….”.

It will be interesting to see if any of the church media pick the story up. If not could it be:

* its old news for the women in the church

* church women don’t read the business press

* church men who read the business pages (treasurers,property committee members etc) conclude its not relevant

* who cares

* not aware of the research.

Anyway thought you might be interested to see it.
