Mysterious Father in Heaven… Jesus in our hearts and lives and with the Father preparing a place for us… Holy Spirit in our souls guiding us to You, Triune God…

Thank You for this special time of remembering and celebrating life… Your most gracious gift of life.

Oh, God…this IS about You…and not about any of us!

Please, Lord, help us to never forget that as we go our ways down the paths that You have ordained for us to live in Your love, grace, mercy, conviction …with only Your power, strength and courage.

Lord, God… we do want to live life in Your direction. And only You know just how miserably we fail sometimes moment by moment …often day by day …in how we love You …and others.

But it good to know that You are the Lifter of our heads… …the Forgiver of our sins …the Restorer of our hope …the Healer/Redeemer of our lives…

You are the One about Whom we need to need to live life in all our relationships so that You… …and only You… receive all the honor and glory due You.

Please, Father, Son and Holy Spirit… …make that our passionate pursuit …with every breath …for the rest of our days.

Lord…bless every person who reads this very long email. May Your Spirit quicken in them the awareness of our thankfulness for all the care received in these months and days.

May You meet them, these good people, from far and near, close to us and acquaintances, at the deep levels You have met with Judy and me. May they take any lessons learned from this journey You have us on and be more willing to serve others sacrificially with increased joy, authenticity and with more love and grace than they ever thought possible.

Lord…thank You for friends…thank You…….thank You….. …olde and new …those who have faded from view …those reclaimed …those yet to come into our lives.

Thank You for ALL You continue to show each of us of Yourself. Thank You for your ongoing patience with each of us.

Through You, Lord, we long to live redemptively. Only in You can we live that way.

Life IS about You. Even as I pray that a sigh of sweet relief and profound freedom moves up from the depths of my own soul.

Help us to trust Your perfect love for us …no matter what! …yes Lord, no matter what…….

…this is asked from a deep heart of thanksgiving in the precious and powerful name of our Lord, and Savior, Jesus Christ …the One Who has created us to celebrate life …His life, in and through us.

Dear God… …thank You for life! …thank You for Your life!! …thank You, indeed, for strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow. …thank You for each life who reads all of this…

…may our lives be an increasing blessing to You.
