I will share this message with the people of All Saints’ Church on Sunday, March 9.

The congregation of All Saints’ Church has been like an extended family to me for the past 43 years. Therefore I want to share with you some news I received this past week. I was in Frankford Torresdale Hospital from last Monday until last Friday. After a series of tests, the doctors have concluded that I have cancer. Specifically, it is a cancerous tumor in the colon. The surgeon will operate on me sometime in the coming week to remove the tumor. I ask for your prayers as I turn to the doctors to carry out God’ s good purpose of health for me. I hope to see you all in a few weeks. I want to thank Mike Ryan and Russ Binkley for taking care of things during this time.”
