There are three more dimensions:

1. We [believe we] are the sum total of our experiences – particularly significant ones

2. Our parents and significant others have made us what we are (not quite the same as #1, if you think about it)

3. What we have decided to become, with and/or without the help of others (again, not quite the same as #’s 1 & 2)
