The ABORIGINES: ‘What can we do now?’

ABORTION/EUTHANASIA: ‘Is it ever right to kill?’

ADDICTIONS: ‘Alcohol, drugs, overeating… what can
I do?’

ANGER: ‘Can it be controlled (or even understood)?’

ANXIETY: ‘Why am I so pessimistic about a lot of
things?’

The BIBLE: ‘It’s full of violence – and mistakes
– isn’t it?’

The CHARISMATICS: ‘What are they on about?’

CHURCHES: ‘Why do some go well, but others…?’

DIVORCE: ‘What is the Christian position?’

DOUBT: ‘It’s better than believing stuff that’s stupid,
isn’t it?’

ECOLOGY: ‘What are we doing to our earth?’

EVOLUTION: ‘Did God create it all that way?’

FAITH: ‘Do some have it – and others don’t?’

FAMILY: ‘How do happy families get to be like that?’

FEAR: ‘Some fears are stupid, irrational… why?’

FUNDAMENTALISM: ‘It’s growing everywhere, in all
religions. Why?’

FUTURE: ‘How will the world end?’

GOD: ‘Does God exist?’

GRIEF: ‘Will I ever get over it?’

GUIDANCE: ‘How do I know what God wants me to do?’

GUILT: ‘I’ve confessed it, but still feel bad. Why?’

HAPPINESS: ‘What’s the secret?’

HEALING: ‘Why is God so arbitrary – and selective?’

HEAVEN & HELL: ‘One lot’s having a party…while
there’s hell???’

HOMOSEXUALITY: ‘Does the Bible condemn it?’

JESUS: ‘Did Jesus live? What was he like? Was he
a ‘Christian’?’

LONELINESS: ‘Why can’t I make – and keep – friends?’

MARRIAGE: ‘Why do so few marriages seem really happy?’

MASTURBATION: ‘OK I masturbate: what’s wrong with
that?’

MATURITY: ‘How – really – does maturity happen?’

MEN: ‘Most men are brought up by women. Is that a
problem?’

MENTAL HEALTH: ‘How can I master my thoughts?’

MIDDLE AGE: ‘What’s the wisdom on mid-life crises
and all that?’

MINISTRY: ‘Why is pastoral ministry so hard these
days?’

MONEY: ‘Can I get rich without being materialistic?’

OLD AGE: ‘How can I grow old gracefully?’

OLD TESTAMENT: ‘Is the OT God the same as the father
of Jesus?’

PARENTING: ‘Why is raising kids getting harder?’

POLITICS: ‘Which system’s best?’

PRAYER: ‘Why is prayer so hard?’

PURPOSE: ‘Does life have meaning?’

RELATIONSHIPS: ‘How can I get along with difficult
people?’

RELIGIONS: ‘Are they all right/wrong/partly right/wrong,
or what?’

SELF-ESTEEM: ‘I really don’t like myself: what can
I do…?’

SEX: ‘Is it always wrong before or outside marriage?’

SHAME: ‘I’m super-sensitive a lot of the time. Why?’

SINGLES: ‘Am I going to make it on my own?’

SOCIAL JUSTICE: ‘Why is caring for the poor so controversial?’

SPIRITUALITY: ‘How can I be a better Christian?’

STRESS: ‘How can I manage it better? And what causes
burnout?’

SUFFERING: ‘If God is loving, and powerful, why do
we suffer?’

TRINITY: ‘How can God be both three and one?’

WARS: ‘Why do humans want to destroy each other?’

WOMEN: ‘What really makes them tick?’

WORK: ‘Am I supposed to enjoy it?’

WORRY: ‘Sometimes worry paralyzes me. Why?’

YOUTH: ‘Do they have to be more complicated than
they used to be?’
