As they came to Caesarea Philippi, Jesus asked his disciples, saying “Whom do men say that I am?”

And they answered, some say John the Baptist, and others Elias, or one of the prophets.

And he saith unto them, “But whom say ye that I am?”

And Peter answered him: “You are the eschatological manifestation of the ground of our being; the kerygma, in whom we find the ultimate meaning of our interpersonal relationships!”

And Jesus said, “What??”
