Finding A Job: More

Larry tried working for the IRS, but it was too taxing.

He tried working as a banker, but he wasn’t really interested.

He tried driving a truck, but wasn’t motivated.

He attempted to be a news anchor, but it weighed him down.

He worked once for Goodyear, but he was too tired.

He modeled for a while, but it wore him out.

He wanted to be a buyer, but he was spent.

Of course he couldn’t be a teacher because he doesn’t know anything.

Now he works with computers even though he thinks the job bytes and he can barely hack it.

When he retires, he doesn’t know if he’ll get Firestones or Kellys.

~~~
You didn’t mention the time you got fired from the meat factory because you kept backing into the grinder and getting behind in your work…
Or the time you worked for the optomotrist, and fell into the glass-mixing vat, making a spectacle of yourself…
