Ah yes, but I inadvertently ran into a counter to this while telling a children’s story a few weeks ago. I was reflecting on the celebration of Christmas in other countries, particularly in Europe, where the appearance of Sinter-Klaas can take place on December 6 in the Nederlands, for example. One child then volunteered – that’s so Santa doesn’t have to do the whole world in the one night!
