Let us not forget that while Jesus IS fully divine, He IS also fully
human.  To answer your question: yes, Jesus probably sneezed.  Yes, Jesus
probably got erections (erections are not always the result of lust and
things of that nature).  Yes, Jesus probably farted, burped, got
heart-burn (you know, from spicy hebrew delicacies), got hang-nails,
pimples (if that were a common thing in that climate), diarhea, really bad
gas and bloating, cuts from helping his dad with the carpentry, and all
sorts of things that are part of being human.  The funny thing is that
most people are so terribly afraid to admit that besides being fully
divine, Jesus was also fully human.  As a result, the very thought that
Jesus could sneeze or fart seems religiously repulsive.
