A mailing list exists for former members of any cult or spiritually
abusive church or group.
This list does not specialise in any one group but gives former
members of a variety of cults and spiritually abusive churches the
opportunity to share and compare their experiences and how they have
found ways of recovery.
The list is not be a place for those who want to gain converts to
another belief system, although beliefs may be shared in the context of
the discussing the former group.
