Spot on. Until Freud it hadn't occured to anyone that some people might
only be sexually attracted to the same sex.
The bible does not explicitly address the question of life long
monogomous homosexual relationships because they didn't exist at the
time it was written.
What we are all expending so much energy on is an inference that bible
condemns this. It may or may not be a correct inference, but we at least
need to acknowledge that that is what it is.
