What’s your first reaction to these statements:

Q; Jesus’ death on the cross did not save us.

Wrong

Q: I am saved-but not because Jesus died for me.

‘Not only….’

Q: Nowhere does the Bible teach we are saved because of Jesus’ death.

Romans 5:10? Etc.

Q: When witnessing to unbelievers, it’s inaccurate to tell them they can be saved because Jesus died for them.

Not inaccurate as much as not-relevant to their presenting questions/needs. We can explain that later maybe…
