Our site has been wonderfully successful in terms of readership, even though it has not done particularly well financially. Our web traffic regularly exceeds 5 million hits a week. Hitbox.com rates our site as the most-visited religious web site on the Internet.

But this popularity has a downside. Even if we allocated all of our time to answering Emails, and stopped upgrading and expanding our web site, there still would not be enough hours in the day to respond properly. We read as many Emails as we can. But every day we get further behind. As of 2002-MAY-19, we have 8,358 messages in our Inbox, of which 4,421 are unread! We would love to read all incoming Emails. We would also enjoy entering into Email exchanges. However, time simply does not permit it.

Errors in our web site. Our prime concern is that the information on our web site is correct, balanced, and easy to understand. If you spot an error, please mention in your Email both: the name of the file (e.g. positive.htm), and the specific error that you found.

We receive a lot of essays from religious conservatives who are quite angry that we describe religiously liberal beliefs. We are sent many essays by religious liberals who are critical of our descriptions of religiously conservative beliefs. Please be aware that we are not criticizing your personal beliefs; we are merely reporting the full range of religious beliefs in North America.

Requests to install banner ads on our pages. We have a bunch of banner ads in place already. However, they are generally ads from companies distributing visa cards, free vacations, etc. We would prefer to have ads that are related to our topics. If you have an ad that our readers would like to see, then please contact us. You might want to read our essay on ad rates first. Orders for CDs containing our web site. We have set up a system so that our visitors can buy CDs on their credit cards. But you have to inform us that you have made a purchase so that we can send the CD to you.

Please don’t send attachments with your Email. We cannot open attached files because of the danger of viruses. Lately, we have been averaging many virus-laden attachments each.
